Miss Earth 2010 Contestants


Now on its 10th year, the third most prestigious beauty pageant in the world is going to be held outside the Philippines for the first time!

Vietnam's hosting of the 10th Miss Earth pageant was officially announced during a press conference held at the White Palace in Ho Chi Minh City on August 25.

Aside from the invited media delegation; the Vietnam hosting committee, Vinpearl Land representatives, Carousel Productions officials, sponsors and the reigning Miss Earth Larissa Ramos of Brazil were present in the said event. Former Miss Philippines Sandra Seifert, reigning Miss Philippines Kris Psyche Resus and some Vietnamese fashion models were also invited.

Miss Earth 2010 will officially start on November 4. The month-long event will include exciting activities in Ho Chi Minh City, Nha Trang, Phan Thiet, Hoi An and other locations. Besides the environmental activities, the candidates will have a national costume show, swimsuit and evening competitions.

The finale and coronation show is scheduled to take place on December 4, 2010 at Vinpearl Land, Nha Trang, Vietnam.
