Back in 2010, Gisele boasted to Vogue about how she did yoga three days a week and kung-fu up until two weeks before Benjamin's birth.
Bundchen remarked: 'I think a lot of people get pregnant and decide they can turn into garbage disposals.'
The five-foot-11 stunner - who did home births - has clearly been rewarded for her strict discipline.

Bundchen is also stepmother to her husband Tom Brady's five-year-old son John with his ex-girlfriend Bridget Moynahan.
