Scantily clad, again: Singer and actress Miley Cyrus wore short shorts and a Michael Jordan Chicago Bulls jersey with her heels as she strolled around Los Angeles on Sunday

People have been seeing a lot of Miley Cyrus lately, in more ways than one.
The 20-year-old pop singer and actress has been sporting a new look and style over the past few months, wearing increasingly revealing outfits that hark back to the legendary looks of Madonna while also nodding to the modern pop star style.
She furthered this trend Sunday, as she strutted around the CenterStaging Studios lot in Burbank, California in a Michael Jordan Chicago Bulls jersey long enough to cover her white short shorts, a backwards baseball cap and black and white striped high heels.

Miley also sported a number of gold chains, rings and bracelets that offset her white blonde hair and bright red lip stick, making her look skew towards a hip-hop style.
She walked across the lot with two male friends, laughing loudly and talking in an animated way, throwing her arms up in the air at one point while she told a story.
The We Can't Stop singer also texted on her phone as she walked and talked.
Later, her mother Tish Cyrus showed up on the studio lot to pay her daughter a visit.

Tish was dressed much more conservatively that her increasingly wild daughter, wearing a white and green camo-sleeved baseball shirt, black stretch trousers and flip-flops.
The singer's mother filed for divorce from Miley's father Billy Ray Cyrus earlier this month after 19 years of marriage, citing 'irreconcilable differences.'
The friction between her parents could shed light on the Hannah Montana star's recent transformation into what many people are calling a 'bad girl.'

The teen idol has been garnering attention for more than just her new look and scandalous outfits.

In the video, Cyrus displays herself in a number of overtly sexualized ways, like writhing around on a bed in nothing but white spandex and swimming in a pool in sheer black lingerie while tongue kissing a blonde-haired female doll.

She has revealed racy tidbits from her music video for her new single We Can't Stop in the days leading up to it's release on Wednesday.
But nothing prepared her fans for the full blown saucy antics Miley Cyrus gets up to in the full length version of the clip.
Leaving very little to the imagination in a white crop top and matching white spandex leggings, the 20-year-old does some of her raunchiest dance moves ever.

At the beginning of the video, the platinum blonde shows off her masculine side, combing her hair roughly and fitting a gold and diamond grill into her mouth.
But it's not long before she is seen lying on the floor, displaying her flat tummy in her tight white ensemble.
She then gyrates and writhes around on a bed, the pop star moving sexily to the beat of the music.

Quick change: Later she slips into somewhat of a hybrid between an Eighties exercise and gangster-style ensemble consisting of a high-cut leotard worth over a 'West Coast' cropped T-shirt

Miley then invites some friends into the video clip, conducting a dance party at what appears to be a home.
Under some flashing disco lights she is seen smacking the behind of a woman with a wooden spoon whilst wearing extremely high-cut denim shorts.

The lady is then seen returning the favour and Miley then jumps into a pool with some bikini-clad brunettes.
The former Disney star then takes her raunchy antics to the bathroom where she is seen writhing around in a modern-style bathtub.
Later she slips into somewhat of a hybrid between an Eighties exercise and gangster-style ensemble consisting of a high-cut leotard worth over a 'West Coast' cropped T-shirt and a black and white headscarf knotted around her head.

As Miley sings 'To my home girls here with the big butt/Shaking it like we at a strip club', the blonde then bends over in her tight white trousers and shakes her bottom, doing her now infamous 'Twerk' dance moves.
Miley's video then takes a dark and strange turn, with the pop star changing into black sheer lingerie, which barely covers her modesty, and kissing a plastic doll after jumping into the pool with the toy.

And near the end of the clip, Miley turns tough, belting a pinata with a bat and throwing up gang signs as she does hip hop moves in a mesh crop top, black spandex leggings and a beanie hat featuring a netted fascinator.
Sticking out her tongue, she sings the words 'It's my mouth, I will say what I want to'.
The final frames of the clip show Miley standing in a hotel room wearing nothing but a white leotard with the words 'Dope' emblazoned across the front.

The Last Song star then gets into a physical play fight with another girl before lying down on a sofa with a shirtless male and kissing him on his bare torso.
We Can't Stop is the first single from Miley's fourth studio album due out later this year.
The pop singer also released a 19-second tease of the video on Monday that featured her singing the song at sunset while sitting on a ledge with friends.
