Viviana Ortiz collects crowns and her first was Miss Corozal 2011. Her next step was to go one step higher and now she is the current crown holder of Miss Puerto Rico Universe 2011. She will for sure make Puerto Rico proud if she can add another crown in her cap when she threatens to be another heavy shoo-in in the Miss Universe 2011 derby next summer.
