Trim: Lucy Mecklenburgh showed off her gym-honed figure in a topless photoshoot for Heat magazine

Her super toned figure was the talk of Marbella during filming on The Only Way Is Marbs.
However, despite fears she has taken her dieting and fitness regime too far, Lucy Mecklenburgh insists she is healthy.
Posing topless for the new issue of Heat magazine, the fashion boutique owner, 21, admitted she was pleased with her size 8 figure.

Although she admits the weight fell off her following her April split with ex-fiance Mario Falcone, Lucy has been spending time working out and overhauling her eating regime.
In fact, she insists she's actually bigger now than she was in the initial days following her love split.
When she was photographed on the beach last week, some observers accused her of having 'jutting ribs and hip-bones'.
However, the Essex girl tells the new issue of Heat: 'I was breathing in because I was cold. That’s not what I really look like, as you can see in these pictures.

'I wouldn’t let myself get like that. Probably after I split up with Mario I did get a bit too skinny, but I did something about it.'
Lucy has been working with a personal trainer and is set to share her fitness tips with fans through her Results With Lucy website.
She explained: 'I don’t like the skinny-skinny look. I don’t think I’m too thin. My personal trainer wouldn’t let me get too thin, and neither would my family.
'I’m feeling good. I’ve worked hard for it. I always eat healthily, and I use a personal trainer two to three times a week.
'I’d never let myself go below 8st. I’m 8st 4lb now. This is my ideal weight.'

She also insisted that she would never reunite with her ex Mario, who she was seen throwing a glass of red wine over during an argument in Marbella.
She said: 'I’ll never get back with him. It’s 100 per cent finished.'
However, fans may have to wait a little longer to find out Lucy's next move as she's been suspended from the ITV2 show following an argument with co-star Jasmin Walia.
