So it's no wonder Jennifer Aniston would opt for water over coffee in the morning - at least according to a new advert.
The 44-year-old looked as youthful as ever as she lounged in bed while holding a bottle of water for her new Smartwater campaign.
Jennifer - who has been a spokesperson for the brand since 2007 - is seen sitting up in bed as she stares serenely into the camera, her piercing blue eyes perfectly complementing the blue-sky backdrop dotted with clouds.
Her famous honey-coloured hair falls in waves over her shoulders as she leans forward.
The image - which is Jennifer's first colour ad for the brand - is accompanied by the words, 'Vapor-distilled purity, just like the clouds.'
The Friends star has always been open about her dedication to a healthy lifestyle.
She recently admitted her regret after eating a McDonald's Big Mac.
'Wow, my body did not react well to that!' she recently told New York magazine.
'It was like putting gasoline in a purified system. I am always trying to eat organic and natural foods, so that just made my stomach turn and made me feel terrible.'
Meanwhile, Jennifer's fiance Justin Theroux has allegedly agreed to tie the knot in California.
The high-profile couple were forced to postpone their wedding due to their hectic work schedules, and have been looking at dates in early December.
A source close to Justin, 41, said this was a 'breakthrough' as the 'main source of uncertainty has been removed'.
The source said: 'Jen and Justin have gone back and forth on where to marry and whether to have a destination wedding so many times.
'Jen has always made it clear LA was her first choice and Justin has compromised and agreed to marry in California.
'Justin's reservations with LA are well known and he wanted to marry on the East Coast where his friends and much of his family is based, where he proposed to Jen and where he feels most comfortable.'
Justin is now said to be 'resigned' to a Hollywood wedding - albeit on a smaller scale than most.
