Kate Upton is known for showcasing her body in the skimpiest of attire.
But the only skin the Sports Illustrated swimsuit model was showing over the weekend were her knees through torn jeans as she hustled through bustling New York to run errands.
Kate, 21, went virtually unrecognised as she tread her way through the foot traffic with her cell phone in hand.
Even her blonde shoulder-length hair seemed to have lost its luster as it hung limp and damp against her neck.
She managed to pair her trendily ripped jeans with a dowdy white knit jumper that did nothing but conceal her famous curves.
Perhaps that was the point, as she spent the past several days filming an ocean-front scene in The Hamptons for her upcoming movie The Other Woman.
Her costume for the scene was, not surprisingly, a skimpy white bikini that was almost a take-off on the one she wore on the cover of last year's Sports Illustrated swimsuit issue.
That cover launched Kate to household name status and now she's hoping the movie makes her an even bigger star.
The comedy, which is directed by Nick Cassavetes, centres around a woman who realises she is not her boyfriend's primary lover.
Also making an appearance in the film is Nicki Minaj, who plays Cameron's opinionated assistant at her New York law firm.
The film is scheduled to hit U.S. theatres on April 25 next year.
