The controversial teen reality star has once again ensured tongues are wagging, stepping out in a porn star-inspired look on Saturday night.
Courtney manged to shock even the most blase clubgoer as the 18-year-old and husband Doug Hutchison headed to a fetish club in Hollywood.

Wearing a completely see through fishnet body stocking, the internet identity showed off almost every inch of herself - including her recently surgically enhanced chest.
The 18-year-old was far from shy despite her more than ample assets threatening to spill over the top of her strapless black 'dress'.
Posing for the camera and shocked onlookers, the sometimes singer stopped short of being completely naked thanks to two well-placed star pasties and a pair of tiny lace and leather French panties, which left her bottom exposed.

Despite wearing very little, the 18-year-old made sure to accessorise wearing a vinyl hat and matching platform lace up boots as well as a tiny crucifix necklace.
Looking far older than her years, the star left her long blonde hair out and straight and surprisingly wore a modest amount of make-up, going for a nude lipstick and just a light smokey eye.
Clearly her much older husband Doug had hogged all the mirror time.

The 53-year-old got into the Gothic theme of the club, Bar Sinister, donning smudged black eye make-up, lipstick and pink blush.
The Green Mile star seemed extraordinarily comfortable with his new look, smiling and posing for pictures with his wife.
Keeping with the club's dark theme, Doug wore an all black ensemble of black jeans and T-shirt and also added a crucifix necklace.

The unusual couple - who have drawn criticism for their large age difference - struggled to keep their hands off each other as they entered the club, with Doug planting a large passionate kiss on his young wife as they arrived.
Inside the couple were just as amorous, with Courtney carefully balancing on her husband's knee while she chatted with birthday boy Plastic Martyr.
The 24-year-old androgynous model, who has been spotted on nights out with Courtney recently, made sure to include the Couples Therapy stars in his birthday celebrations, suggestively feeding Courtney cake.
